The Bubble Run is coming to Los Angeles

How Does This Go Down?
Clad in white t-shirts, Participants run, walk, dance and play across 3 miles of absolute fun! Waves start every 3-5 minutes. Then, at each kilometer, participants will run through the Foam Bogs where there is enough colored foam to cover you from head to toe!
Each of the four Foam Bogs along the course are represented by different colored foam.
There are a few simple rules.
Rule 1:All levels of runners, walkers, twirlers, dancers and strollers are welcome to the Bubble Run™.
Rule 2: Wear white. That way, your appearance at the finish will be even more pronounced.
Rule 3: Enjoy being a kid again.

So, how do you get in on the fun?
Registration is simple:
- Click on the purple “register and play” button at the top of this page.
- Fill out the form as a single participant or as part of a team (4 or more) with family or friends if you wish. And we strongly encourage creative team names that we invite you share on the BUBBLE RUN™ Facebook page.
- Show up with a huge smile and be ready for the whimsiest 5k on the planet™!
FAIR WARNING: The BUBBLE RUN™ is limited in space in each city. We anticipate each location to fill before event day so best get your registration shiz together quickly!

The American Heart Association’s Jump Rope for Heart Program creates community & parental awareness by teaching children and their families about heart disease. This program creates awareness of both risk factors and warning signs of both heart attack and stroke along with the keys to a heart healthy lifestyle. With your support of the American Heart Association we are teaching our students the importance of proper nutrition, exercise and living tobacco free. This pro-active approach will encourage them to adopt heart health habits during adolescence and into adulthood.
